It is an umbrella organisation for various cultural, social and sporting groups and clubs that use facilities at the Deaf Village Ireland at Ratoath Road. All cultural, social and sporting groups and clubs, have their own committee who run their own club. The clubs have their own regular weekly activities such as football, basketball, drama, indoor bowling, senior folk, folk dance and day centre.

Football team based in Deaf Village Ireland (DVI in Dublin) that primarily caters for players with hearing loss.
Established in 1949, St Vincent's Deaf Football Club play their football on the Deaf Village Pitches.
Basketball team based in Deaf Village Ireland (DVI in Dublin) that primarily caters for players with hearing loss.
Established in 1981, St Vincent's Deaf Ladies Basketball to play their Basketball on the Deaf Village Sport Hall.
Indoor Bowling is a game of skill, but less active than most sports, so it is ideal for the middle-aged but of course everyone are welcome.
Dublin Theatre of the Deaf
Social Event on every 3rd Sunday Monthly from 3pm to 7pm. Tea/Coffee will be provides at 5pm for Senior Folks.
We learn and perform folk dances from all over the world, and of course, our own traditional Irish dances too.
Newcomers are always welcome.
Activities for folks who are over 55 of age to encourage old folks to get out from the home.
